• Cream formula is easy to use with a good amount of play time, before drying down to a budge-proof matte finish.

TIP: At some point the eyeliner will eventually dry out. We recommend keeping the foil seal to prolong its life. When it does begin to dry, you can add a few drops of a mixing medium (our favorite is Duraline by Inglot) and it will be good as new.
