When will my order ship?
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! Sinful Echos is a vegan and cruelty free brand, sitewide.
Where do you ship too?
We are based out of the US, and we ship Internationally. Most countries are already programmed in, however, if you find that your country is not please reach out we will be happy to work with you.
We offer two shipping options for International orders.
- UPS- Expedited shipping, however, you may incur extra fees at customs
- USPS- 1-3 week delivery, less fees.
Are your products handmade?
We hand make all of our single eyeshadows, as well as palettes. We use reputable manufactures for our packaging, and other cosmetic products. Each one is labeled where it is made if you are ever curious.
My package is lost or broken, what do I do?
We have insurance on every single package, so rest assured, if your package gets lost or damaged we will replace it. We just ask that for damaged items, you reach out within 7 days of delivery, with photos, so we can process your replacement.
