- Mix together to create new shades.
TIP: At some point the eyeliner will eventually dry out. We recommend keeping the foil seal to prolong its life. When it does begin to dry, you can add a few drops of a mixing medium (our favorite is Duraline by Inglot) and it will be good as new.

I love blue eyeliner and this one is no exception, it's perfect to make brown eyes pop!
It's longwearing and you can use it in the waterline. You can also mix it with white to make a lighter blue or with Cypress to make a teal.
It's easy to work with this formula because it gives you enough time to apply, perfect and even blend before setting. Its also buidable: you can either put 1 layer for an ethereal look or intensify it with 2-3 layers. It's the least opaque of all of them but that makes it perfect for mixing.
